THIS EVENT IS FOR ISELP CERTIFIED MEMBERS AND WILL BE HELD IN PERSON ONLY

The ISELP Advanced Course is a two-day in-person advanced educational experience designed exclusively for ISELP Certified Members. The course provides advanced anatomy, diagnostics, and clinical problem-solving content relevant to equine locomotor pathology. Attendance satisfies part of the recertification requirement for Certified Members.

DAY 1: Prognosis versus Outcome

8am-10am - Case presentations on the stifle, back, flexor tendons, collateral desmopathies - Prof. Jean-Marie Denoix

10am-10:30am - Coffee Break

10:30am-12pm - Peripheral neuromas in horses - Prof. Jean-Marie Denoix

12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch

1:00-3:00 -Demo: ultrasound exam of nerves (roots, forelimb, hindlimb) - Prof. Jean-Marie Denoix

3:00-3:30 Coffee Break

3:30-5:30 - Irrationality and Science in Equine Medicine: Is science always telling the truth? Prof. Jean-Marie Denoix

DAY 2:

8am-10am - Lecture

10:30am-12pm - Case presentations

12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch

1:00-3:00 -Case presentations
