1. Membership must be current
2. All modules and corresponding wetlabs MUST have already been completed AT THE TIME of registration. If you have not completed all topics/portions, you are NOT eligible to register at this time.
3. Registration must be made on the website by logging into your account and paying in full. Registrations are on a first come first served basis.
4. Once your registration is received, we will verify that you have completed all module topics and wetlabs. If we find that you have NOT completed all required courses, you will be removed from the event with out a refund.

• Any cancellation will not receive a refund. We can apply a credit to a future event or exam.

Please be advised and understand that due to a limited amount of spaces available your patience and cooperation is requested. We make every effort to have you participate in this examination process but we are unable to provide exceptions.

Once again, your understanding and cooperation is sincerely appreciated. We are doing whatever we can to accommodate your registration process but the ISELP Certification Examination rules and regulations are held fast and firm.

ISELP reserves the right to reject any registration or registrant that is not in compliance with the ISELP Code of Conduct and Standards.
